Sometimes we just need someone to listen, really listen, without the need for anything in return. If we are having a difficult time due to our mental and emotional wellbeing or we are aware a difficult time of the year is approaching, having the opportunity to talk about those thoughts and feelings allows us to find our own pathway on our journey to get through those stressful time.

We offer supportive listening face to face, digitally via zoom or over the phone, if you feel this support is for you there’s a short self-referral form on our website for you to complete, following receipt of your referral our coordinator Katie will be in touch.
