Job Title -Talking Therapies Service Lead
Hours – 21 hours per week (covering Mansfield, Worksop and Newark)
Salary -Nottinghamshire Mind scale 4 £21259-£23299 per annum (pro rata 37 hours)
Job summary -Nottinghamshire Minds Talking Therapies Lead coordinates a range of clinical and non clinical interventions, where clients can work alongside a team of skilled practitioners and volunteers to aid their recovery.
Responsibilities and Duties- Identify, recruit and support a team of volunteer s—clinical and non clinical, Build the service to meet the needs of the Nottinghamshire communities, Promote and publicise the services, Assess the needs of clients upon referral, Maintain the service waiting list, Ensure the safety and support of vulnerable adults in line with Minds Safeguarding policies, Facilitate supervision—group, peer and one to one ,maintain record keeping systems inline with Minds data collection system, Review the effectiveness of the service outcomes Qualifications and skills -Excellent understanding of Mental Health Issues, Knowledge of safe guarding procedures and legislation, Computer literate, Understanding of the role of the voluntary sector, Understanding of talking therapies—clinical and non clinical, Experience of service development , Excellent coordination skills, Experience of managing volunteers, Good communication, Good Listener, Ability to assess risk, Strong self awareness, Essential car driver

Job Title- Volunteer Coordinator
Hours -16 hours per week
Salary- Nottinghamshire Mind scale point 3, £19509—£21106 per annum (pro rata 37 hours)
Job summary -Nottinghamshire Minds Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for all elements of volunteering within the organisation, the role involves responding to the needs of the organisation, promoting opportunities, recruiting and supporting a team of volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator will be directly responsible to the Service Manager
Responsibilities and Duties – Develop the volunteer recruitment process, Liaise with staff as to volunteer requirements, Generate appropriate role descriptions based on the needs of the organisation, Ensure there is appropriate support and training for volunteers, Promote volunteering externally through recruitment campaigns, Interview and recruit volunteers and ensure they are appropriately matched and trained for a position, Organise rotas and provide inductions and training, Monitor, support, motivate and accredit volunteers and their work, Maintain data in line with Nottinghamshire Minds systems

Qualifications and skills Experience of working with and supporting volunteers, Excellent communication skills, Ability to inspire and motivate others, Strong interpersonal skills, to deal with a diverse range of people, Experience of the voluntary sector, An empathy with volunteers and an understanding of their needs, The capacity to inspire and motivate others, Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks, Computer literate, Car user and willingness to travel.
