Safe-Space Drop In’s
If you are struggling to maintain your mental and emotional wellbeing and don’t feel A&E or Local Mental Health Services are where you need to be then try our Safe-Space Drop in’s.
We’ll welcome you into our safe and warm environment, offering a listening ear and providing support at a time when you most need it. Our trained safe-space staff and peer support team can help you draw on your strengths, build resilience and identify your coping mechanisms to de-escalate the situation. We hold a wealth of resources, including safety plans, self-help plans, distraction techniques, practise plans and much more. Close working relationships also allow us to refer easily to other organisations who may provide more specialist support.
We offer daytime and evening drop-in’s to help support anyone over the age of 18 living in Bassetlaw.
