For most of us accessing the internet or using digital services is just part of daily life, but there are lots of people who are anxious or uncertain and don’t know where to start. There is an expectation that everyone just ‘knows’ how to set up an email account or what to do with a new laptop, phone or tablet. But the reality is that lots of people don’t. We are looking for a volunteer to help our clients get online safely and confidently. You don’t need to be a tech expert or computer whizz, just someone who is confident using different devices and knows how to do the basic day-to-day IT tasks that many of us take for granted.
