We appreciate that for people with ongoing mental health issues these are distressing and worrying times, we continue to offer our support and guidance through our telephone counselling service, virtual group based conversations and social support as well as one to one support through our Community Recovery Coaches.

Our work with Notts Healthcare Trust and the Clinical Commissioning Group’s, offering Resilience and Stabilisation programmes, evening crisis support and suicide prevention information and training continues.

Nottinghamshire Mind are now in partnership with Notts Health Care Trust!

We are proud to have been given the opportunity to build a programme to provide support in local communities to individuals who do not meet the criteria for support from Mental Health Teams.

Our Resilience and Stabilisation programme will open for referrals from Local Mental Health Teams in January 2020, we will look to build a strong pathway of support to those referred. Focusing on personal resilience and sustaining wellbeing for life.

MensSana – Training for your staff

Poor mental health is now the number one reason for staff absence. Mental health training from Mind offers a cost-effective way to promote mental wellbeing in your organisation and at home. We can run a training session for a group of staff at your organisation. You choose the date, duration and location of the course, and we come to you.

Memory Support

Our Mansfield & Ashfield Memory Support provides an excellent service to individuals living with dementia. We provide stimulation through a variety of activities which will help to support their memory, these include exercises, quizzes, crafts and music therapy plus many other choices for each individual to choose from i.e playing dominos, reading the newspaper and doing nail care.
